How do I earn ProPoints?
You earn ProPoints every time you make a purchase on shopproclub.com. For every dollar spent, you receive 1 ProPoint, which is credited to your account 15 days after your order is delivered.
How do I upgrade to the next tier?
Your tier is based on your annual spending. As you shop more and reach spending milestones, you automatically move up: Gold: $500/year, Platinum: $1,500/year.
When will I receive ProPoints from my purchase?
ProPoints are added to your account 15 days after your order is delivered. If an order is returned or exchanged, your ProPoints balance will be adjusted accordingly.
When do my ProPoints expire?
ProPoints remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Any unused points will expire after that period.
What happens to my tier at the end of the year?
Tiers are reset every year on January 1st. Your new tier will be based on your annual spending.
Can I transfer my ProPoints?
No, ProPoints are non-transferable. They are linked to your account and cannot be shared, gifted, or combined with another user.
